This Legal Notice governs the use of the website operated by Aventhera Group LLC (hereinafter, "the House" or "Mesa Real"), whose principal activity is the international sale of cutlery, crystal, porcelain, and fine tableware accessories.

Browsing the site confers the status of User and implies full and unreserved acceptance of all provisions contained in this Legal Notice.

All content on the site — including, without limitation, text, photographs, graphics, images, icons, trademarks, trade names, typography, software, links, and other audiovisual or sound content — is owned by Aventhera Group LLC or by third parties who have authorized its use, and is protected under national and international intellectual and industrial property law.

Reproduction, distribution, transformation, or public communication, in whole or in part, is expressly prohibited without the prior written authorization of the owner.

The User agrees to make appropriate and lawful use of the site in accordance with applicable law, morality, good customs, and public order.

Aventhera Group LLC shall not be liable, directly or indirectly, for damages arising from misuse of the site, nor for any interruption, computer viruses, or operational disconnection of the system.

Prices and quotations are expressed and contracted in euros (EUR). Any local-currency equivalent is informational only and depends on the payment provider's exchange rate at the time of authorisation.

Unless expressly stated with Incoterm DDP in the accepted quotation, prices do NOT include duties, import taxes (VAT / GST / IVA / IGV / ISV) or customs fees of the destination country. These costs are borne by the buyer under the default Incoterm DAP.

Mesa Real operates under an individual-quotation model: a customer request does not constitute a purchase order; the contract is formed upon express acceptance of the quotation and confirmation of payment. Where automated checkout is enabled for a specific country, the contract is formed upon confirmed payment.

Processing of personal data provided by the User is carried out in accordance with applicable data-protection legislation, including, as relevant: the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (Mexico), Law 1581 of 2012 (Colombia), Law No. 29733 (Peru), Law 25.326 (Argentina), the LGPD — Law No. 13.709 (Brazil), and the CCPA (California, USA).

The User may exercise at any time the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, objection, portability, and deletion by written notice to contact@aventhera-group.com.

The site may include links to third-party pages. Aventhera Group LLC assumes no responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of such external sites.

This Legal Notice is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules applicable in the User's country of residence.

For any dispute arising from use of the site, the parties submit, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, to the competent courts of the State of Wyoming, unless otherwise required by law.

Aventhera Group LLC reserves the right to modify the content of this Legal Notice at any time without prior notice. Users are advised to review its content periodically.
