18/10 stainless and sterling silver flatware, lead crystal or high-quality lead-free crystal, and high-fired hard-paste porcelain are materials designed for daily use across generations. Extending the useful life of each piece is, in practice, the environmental lever with the greatest impact.
REPLACEMENT AND WARRANTY
We work with manufacturers that keep their models in production over long periods, so a broken piece can be replaced or a set expanded years after the original purchase. We coordinate that replacement directly with the maker.
PACKAGING AND LOGISTICS
- Inner packaging in corrugated cardboard and recyclable materials where the manufacturer allows.
- We reuse the European makers' original boxes to reduce unnecessary waste.
- We consolidate international shipments to reduce the number of trips per order.
WHAT WE DO NOT PROMISE
We do not claim to be a "carbon-neutral", "zero-waste" or "100% sustainable" company while we cannot back it with external audits. We prefer to state what we verify today over making unsupported environmental claims.
