TIME LIMIT
The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, received the last of the goods in the order.
HOW TO EXERCISE IT
- Send us an unequivocal notice to contact@aventhera-group.com stating your decision to withdraw. You may use the official form below, although it is not mandatory.
- You will receive instructions and a return label. Return the items in their original condition and packaging within a maximum of 14 days from notice.
- We will refund you via the same payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the items or from proof of return.
The direct costs of return are borne by the customer, unless otherwise indicated.
EXCEPTIONS
The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised, engraved or bespoke items made to your specifications, nor to products that by their nature cannot be returned.
