These general terms govern the purchase of the products offered on the mesa-real.com website, owned by Aventhera Group LLC. Placing an order implies express acceptance of these terms.

Mesa Real currently operates under an individual-quotation model. A product enquiry does NOT constitute a purchase order. Mesa Real reviews availability, price, transport and destination country and issues a binding written quotation. The sales contract is formed only upon express acceptance of that quotation by the customer and confirmation of payment.

Where automated checkout is enabled for a specific country, the order is formed upon confirmed payment and receipt of the order confirmation by email.

1. The customer selects the items and sends a request with shipping and billing details.
2. Mesa Real issues a binding written quotation stating the total price, included and non-included costs, validity period and applicable payment method.
3. The customer accepts the quotation within the stated period and completes the payment.
4. Mesa Real confirms the order by email and coordinates shipping.

All prices and quotations are expressed and contracted in euros (EUR). The contract currency is EUR; any local-currency equivalent is informational and depends on the payment provider's exchange rate at the time of authorisation.

Unless expressly stated in the quotation with Incoterm DDP, prices do NOT include duties, import taxes (VAT / GST / IVA / IGV / ISV) or customs fees of the destination country. These costs are borne by the buyer (Incoterm DAP) and are disclosed before order confirmation.

Available payment methods are stated in the quotation and detailed on the Payment Methods. Mesa Real does not process card payments directly and does not store card data. Payments are made by bank transfer or through the crypto-asset processor (BTCPay), as stated in each quotation.

Transport is coordinated individually. By default, Incoterm DAP (Delivered at Place) applies: the goods are delivered in the destination country and import duties and taxes are borne by the buyer. Incoterm DDP only applies when expressly stated in the accepted quotation. Lead times, rates and coverage are detailed at Shipping & Returns.

We do not apply a uniform global 14-day rule. The withdrawal or return period and conditions depend on the legal framework of the delivery country and are expressly stated in the quotation before payment. In Argentina, the botón de arrepentimiento applies under Law 24.240. In the European Union, the period provided by Directive 2011/83/EU applies. For each accepted quotation and order, Mesa Real records the current version of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the applicable return policy, the country profile, the import model (DAP / DDP), the contract currency and the date and time of acceptance. These records are kept as evidence of the contract.

All products are covered by the applicable legal warranty of conformity. Manifest defects must be reported within two months of detection.

Mesa Real shall be liable for direct damages arising from the breach of its contractual obligations. Indirect damages and loss of profit are excluded to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without prejudice to the mandatory rights of the consumer in their country of residence. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts competent under applicable law.
